Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be aware of our policy regarding cancellation and missed appointments.
Cancelation and reschedule policy
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than twenty four (24) hours and more than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled service will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the reserved services or $20, whichever is more.
To avoid cancellation fee, please contact me greater than 24 hours prior to your scheduled services.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me via email claritywithjadivan@gmail.com twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment, indicating your name, the scheduled time of the appointment, and the reason for canceling.
No-Show policy
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling, and when a cancellation is less than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled service.
A no-show will result in the full charge of the reserved service (100% of the reserved service).
Late to the scheduled services policy
If you are late for your service, you will be responsible for the full service fee, and the service will end at the original scheduled time.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to your card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be waived. This will be discussed directly with Jadivan Jacobson.
Multiple cancellations, and rescheduling within less than 24 hours
If a pattern of cancellation and rescheduling is noticed, we will discuss this prior to rescheduling further appointments, to discuss what are better ways to support you and get you to benefit from the services offered at Clarity with Jadivan. If this pattern continues, we might discuss how and when to terminate services.
