Inspired by my own journey through trauma and healing, I specialize in empowering clients to set boundaries and overcome relationship challenges. Clients immediately gain self-awareness and self-respect, leading to long-term transformations where healthy relationships flourish and self-confidence thrives, ultimately crafting a life of happiness and satisfaction."
As a mental health life coach, I offer a unique blend of personal and professional experiences that empower my clients to overcome the limitations of trauma that impacts their self-esteem and image, boundaries, and relationships.
My journey from a gay Middle Eastern immigrant to building a middle-class life in a new country, alongside my deep understanding of issues faced by persons of color and the LGBTQ+ community, enriches my coaching practice. With my expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and trauma counseling, I help clients create healthy boundaries and foster resilience. My approach is informed by a decade of experience in mental health counseling and is designed to facilitate long-term transformations, ensuring clients lead fulfilled and confident lives by aligning their relationships with their core values.

Why is the first session free?
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to get to know their provider before committing to services. When searching for a mental health professional, life coach, or counselor, it can be overwhelming, and not every provider is the right fit. From my own experience, I understand that shopping for a counselor can sometimes lead to financial strain.
That’s why I offer the first session for free — it gives us the chance to connect without the financial pressure and helps us determine if we’re a good match.
What to expect in the first session:
A discussion to understand your needs and goals.
An opportunity to get to know each other and assess if we’re a good fit, or if I can refer you to another provider who might better suit your needs.
