Who said that therapy can't be fun?
Often youth hear the word therapy, and they think "there is something wrong with me." That might create a barrier to therapy and building the rapport between the therapist and the youth.

Often therapists would teach tools and skills that encourage the youth to use their logic, identify and examine their thoughts, emotion regulation, and stress tolerance. Some social games could help with that too. Below are suggested games that families could use to develop such skills
